"Limited registration" means that no litters produced by this Pomeranian can be registered with the American Kennel Club. AKC papers will be forwarded to the buyer when proof of spaying/neutering from a certified Vet is received by the breeder. There is no guarentees or warranties, either expressed or implied, in AS IS condition. _________This puppy is being sold as a breeding PROSPECT with full registration (defined as "breeder assumes no responsibility as to reproduction capabilities of this male or female puppy"). A definitive evaluation cannot be made on puppies until full maturation, which does not occur until 1 to 2 years of age. The buyer has 72 hours from the time of delivery to have the puppy/dog checked by a veterinarian of their choice at the buyer's expense. If the buyer's vet exam reveals that the puppy/dog is sick or diseased or genetic defect is found and a vet of the breeder's choice concurs with the diagnosis. The buyer may return the puppy/dog to the breeder at the buyer's expense. Notice of intent to return must be given to the breeder within 96 hours of the date of this sale along with a statement in writing from the buyer's vet as to the health problem. A replacement puppy/dog will be made when one becomes available, A REPLACEMENT IS THE ONLY OPTION. There is no guarantee against accidents. There is no guarantee against sickness not contracted on the breeder's premises. No veterinary bills will be paid by the breeder. Once puppy is removed from its place of origin anything can happen to damage it, since it is a live animal. It is sellers responsibility to sell a healthy puppy that will hopefully live a long happy life. It is the buyers responsibility to see that it stays healthy and safe. This puppy is not to be used in any experimental or dangerous way. Seller reserves the right to reposes puppy if any such abuse takes place. It is agreed that at no time will the new owner sell or give this animal to a pet store, a puppy mill, a dog pound, a broker, or any similar enterprise. The breeder will be notified in the event the owner needs to find a new home for the animal for possible placement assistance.
